Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail and MyHermes for all U.K Deliveries
Postage cost varies depending on the final total order weight. Total weight is automatically calculated at the checkout.
Please allow up to 7 days for bespoke personalised orders to be completed and dispatched. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays), please allow more time.
All Non personalised orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, please allow more time.
Once dispatched, regular delivery to UK mainland can take from two to five working days.
Delivery times to non-UK mainland locations varies.
I hope you will be happy with your item. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.
Broken / Defective / Wrong Item:
If your order has been damaged, or there is some type of error, I will fix it with no additional cost to you. Please provide photos to document the damage/error. I will then provide you with a refund or exchange (your choice).
Custom / Personalised Orders:
I do not accept returns on custom or personalised items, unless they are faulty or have been damaged. Please provide photos to document the damage/error and I will do my very best to resolve any issues.
What time of day will my order be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered between 8am – 8pm.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific time of day for your delivery.
Will I know when my order has been despatched?
Of course! We like to make sure you are constantly kept up to date, once your order has been despatched from us you will receive an email. If your order has been sent via Courier be able to track your order online.
My Parcel has been returned to you, what can I do?
If your parcel has been undeliverable once we receive the parcel back here at Blossom & Co we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any orders we have returned to us due to the nature of the products.
Can I send my order to more than one address?
If you would like your order shipping to more than one address you will need to check out separately for each delivery address.
Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:
- Email Address
- Postal Address
- Order Number
- Problem with fault
- Photo of the fault*

How long does my refund take?
Your refund can take up to 1 week to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-3 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit.
Multiple refund requests
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.
**You are not entitled to a cooling off period under the Distant Selling Regulations for any item that is personalised or made to order.
