Blossom & Co does not represent that any product referred to in the materials on this website is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this website from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent the locals laws are applicable.
Any contract made between, whether for use of the website or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the website will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of the website. All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on the blossomhomegifts.co.uk website are the copyright of Blossom & Co and/or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials without Blossom & Co's prior written consent is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to changing, publishing, renting, licensing, selling or distributing.
Ordering From Us
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is for mainland UK. Prices can change and we always notify you of the latest prices as quickly as possible
b) Product Descriptions
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on blossomhomegifts.co.uk is shown accurately and prices are correct. However occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces, size and layouts. Blossom & Co disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this website is accurate, complete and up to date.
c) Placing Orders
When placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgment by email, to the email address that has been indicated at purchase. This will outline the products you have ordered. Placing an order with us does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will not take place until your order has been despatched. The ‘purchase’ contract therefore takes place between yourself and blossomhomegifts.co.uk at the point of despatch whether or not payment has been taken prior to despatch. If you cancel your order or if we have notified you that we cannot accept your order then no ‘purchase contract’ will have been made.
We may be unable to accept your order if:
- Your chosen goods are unavailable
- We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- If there has been a pricing or product description error
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions
- If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
- Due to Licensing Act 2003, we cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18 years of age. We may refuse an order or a delivery of alcoholic items at our discretion. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that both you and the person the order is sent to are aged 18 years or over.
- If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom or Republic Of Ireland
Blossom & Co pride ourselves on a fast service, therefore any products you order which are personalised will be sent for production immediately once payment has cleared. Please double check your order on screen before confirming your purchase as we will be unable to offer a replacement or a refund where personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards or through the PayPal service. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK or Republic Of Ireland addresses.
We understand the importance of receiving your gifts on time, ready for that special occasion. We will deliver your ordered products to the address in which you have provided as a delivery address during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address to your billing address, simply enter this in at the time of purchasing. If any of the details that you provide us are incorrect we are not liable for any items.
N.B. The despatch day is the day we send the item out with your chosen carrier, NOT the day it will be delivered.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postage charges.
If you do not receive your items please check with your local sorting office, even if you have not received a calling card through your letter box.
In the event we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned to us as undeliverable. we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product.
We also reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undeliverable item.
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays; your order will be delivered the next working day.
A signature may be required upon receipt of your order. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered the carrier may leave it in a safe location on your property or leave with a neighbour if they deem safe to do so. A calling card should be posted through your letterbox to inform you where your parcel is, however there may be some occasions that a calling card is not convenient to leave.
Delivery services to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, non-mainland UK addresses and some areas of Northern Scotland will take a minimum of 48 hours delivery.
g) Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at via the ‘Contact’ page within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us please include your full name, email address, postal delivery address, order number, reason for fault and a photograph where applicable. If a photo is not included this may cause a delay in processing your query and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before we can provide a solution.
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone. This will be at the discretion of Blossom & Co, its employers or agents.
h) Amending or Cancelling An Order
Please email us through the contact us page to discuss your amendment or cancellation. Emails are answered between business hours (9am – 5pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes
Blossom & Co reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Blossom & Co has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
We do not accept refund on personalised gifts due to colour and design variations.
blossomhomegifts.co.uk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you save items in your basket between sessions, prices from previous sessions may no longer be valid. However, the correct price will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where applicable.
